Screenshot Software?

I need some kind of screenshot software that will allow me to take a screenshot every 5 min or whatever and auto save them. I've searchedand have been un able to find any such software. Any ideas?

Your best bet would be some computer monitoring software..

I have (at my mother request) put on monitoring software on my little sisters computer.

This software monitors web, keystrokes, IM chats, IRC chats and takes screen shots. It will email you the log/screen, transfer via network or stay on the computer to view later.

As far as just a program to take screens... Dont know any.
