LMAO!!!! no windows? is there anytype of operating system on your hard drive, because if there isnt then that could be the number one reason why nothing is working. does the bios start up correctly, does it detect the hard drive at all? is everything plugged in properly? i mean oyu found a graphics card half pulled out so you might find a stick of ram shoved in the dvd tray? (just joking) do you know how to reinstall windows, what version of windows is it for a start?

Usually, when the HDD is new, you can't just have Windows in it. You need also to format the drie so it can be used, then install Windows
