Default saving imbedded video

I want to save the cideo off of www.thewoodworkingchannel.com, so I got that one add-on for firefox, but it says that I am not using a supported site. How do I download the video? I tried right click properties, but that didn't help at all.

right click on the page and press view page info; then goto the media tab... then look for the <EMD> or something like that; that should be the video link
