Default saving addresses in explorer

How do I back up or save to put on another computer my addresses, calendar and emails from Explorer? I am using XP.

Click and export address book.
Do the same with your e-mail.
Always make sure to check your backup.

Where do I click to export it? I know I have done it in the past but seem to be lost now.

Address book:
Click file
export to your device

If you are using windows mail
click file,
export
