The connector hanging to the right of of the hard drive in your first picture isn't a molex connector? The adapter you have will also work. Put that in the hard drive molex male connection then connect your SATA power cable to the other end.

Second look at that picture I guess it's the floppy power connection. Like you said about the picture quality "pretty crappy" or my eye sight is getting worse.

Yeah, now I got everything together. I just have to wait for the powerpin to female molex connector and I'm done.
