http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131570 <--- Got it

You can have a SATA II If you want my suggestion on a drive I would suggest you should get either one of these on all sizes:

250GB:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148142

80GB:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148107

400GB:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148109

320GB (I don't know about this one because it's perpendicular):

Noxious, you have earned my respect as a human being.

8)

EDIT: I noticed that the Mobo is Micro ATX, which must mean that my case is Micro ATX as well. So say I upgraded to a new case that has an ATX form factor, will the Micro ATX motherboard fit? Or do I need to upgrade my motherboard?

Case designers ussaly allow M-ATX (Micro ATX) to fit in there ATX casses. Here are a few case designes I like that you might to:

Case 1:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811147024

Case 2:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811116010

Case 3:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811129163

Case 4:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811233008

Case 5: (Expensive, but they are really good cases)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811112056

Case 6: (Expensive, but they are really good cases)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811112060

Or My Case: (I'm thinking about selling it, I don't know yet but if I do I'll let you know if you would like)

*Just on a little note you should respect everyone on forums unless the disrespect something that you don't like. It should be the other way around as in your respected until proven "guilty"
