Yes safemode has gotten me out of trouble before, and the driver roll back function and system restore is a lazy bastard's god send.

Yeah; Safe Mode is great. Lol! Yep, certainly is. I've used System Restore too much.

I rarely do either.Read the safe mode message "minimal amount of drivers"
It depends on if it's the only way you'll ever boot to Windows.

yes, windows XP is a bit of a bitch, and it's not like in the days of windows 95 / 98 where you could recover everything using a floppydisk. for anyone who obsessivly fucks about with their computer system restore is the best thing that every happened.
