Default running a server on a P2 333mhz computer

I have highspeed cable internet, if i install a game and make a dedicated server on this slow ass computer, and play on my fast computer, will it affect the server at all?

What game are you installing. I wouldn't recommend this. The lag would be unbearable for most games.

Uh thats not as bad as todays games. The only way you will know is to test it out.

Should be fine, those games don't need the highest end servers at all.

Server specs. mate?
