Default running a program memory issue

A user is trying to run a program and here is the error:

The instruction at "0x77fcc37c" referenced memory at "0xffffffff8". The memory could not be "read".

In event viewer it is Event ID 26. I looked this up on microsoft.com and it didn't help at all. The weird thing is that when I log on with admin privileges it works just fine. I have looked at the user privileges and they seem to be in order.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have no clue what it may be. That's just a bunch of gibberish to me. Have you notice the error occur consistant with the application? Or is it at random times? Check Task Manager to see what is holding up in memory.

It was a profile permissions problem. All fixed. Thank you
