RunDLL Error

When I boot my computer I get a message saying wincti32.rom cannot be found. I searched the web and it seems this file doesn't exist! How could I troubleshoot this error?

It's sounds like a file that you or a program at some point created, and it's set to automatically run at start up. theirs a way to fix that, but I'm not sure how.

I searched for it in windows files and processes with no luck, I will run msconfig and search through startup files. Thanks for the help.

UPDATE: That didn't work, couldn't find the file anywhere in the services, boot, or startup menus. Thanks anyway. If anyone else has an idea it would be appreciated.

EDIT: Although not a serious problem, I would like to resolve it soon. Any help on the issue would do.
