Default Rosewill vs Zalman

Originally i was gonna purchase the Zalman 9700 NT, but a friend of mine said i should go with Rosewill RCX-Z5-Ultra he said it works better and is cheaper. Im trying to get some feedback on these two products. Thanks in advance.
