Default Rollover button

Hey, how do you make a rollover button in HTML similar to the one seen on this web template http://www.dcarter.co.uk/design107.html . (See where it says Home, Page 1, Page 2, etc... with the white bar on top of the page you have open...and when you rollover the gray bar on the other pages turns white. I am in charge of redesigning our schools web page and would really like that in there. If it helps I am using GoLive CS but I dont know some HTML.
-Thanks!
