Default Rma?

Can someone please explain what RMA is and the process you must go through. I have a Plextor DVD burner I need to replace and want to get on from the manufacturer to replace it instead of paying for a new one.

any help would be greatly appreciated

youd be suprised at what wikipedia has...

General process, in order to RMA your product you'll have to locate a customer service number, probably on the box of the product you bought.
