Default Rhapsody

Alright, so my sister got Rhapsody, and I'll be using it shortly too, along with my dad becuase he's the one that payed for it. This is the full version keep in mind. I think its called Rhapsody Unlimited?

Well anyway, when she tries to transfer a song that she downloaded to her iPod Nano, it says she needs to pay 89 cents for it, when she already has all the free downloads. Any reason why we cant transfer it?
