Default revamping old pc need some suggestions

ok i have a gateway power kad 750 select i want to basicly rebuild and turn into a server and possibly a back up pc this is what i have on hand that i can use i have a P4 3.4ghz 800mhz fsb a 7600gs vid card and a cdrom drive i have a 200 gig sata hdd but i think im gonna use it along with another hard drive in my major build or i mite just buy another one for my major build this pc im revamping i dont need much hdd space 80gig should be fine i think but this is what i need a hsf a mobo and a cheap psu that will run this all nothing fancy just cheap lol my budget for this is round 200 bucks id like it if you could get links from www.geeks.com because i still have 143 bucks of credit with them thanks guys

the socket of the cpu is 775

i also need ram 512 to 1 gig is plenty just cheap kingston value ram will do i dont intend on ocing this system

That leaves you $40 for a PSU...they really don't have any good power supplies on that site besides the more expensive Antecs, so just pick what you want.
