Default Reusing Video cards

I had plans to xfire my next set up with hd 5770's so heres my question. I currently have a hd 5770 that I bought before I found out I would be needing to build a new comp. Is it safe to buy another HD 5770 of the same make and manufacturer or should i sell the one i have and buy them at the same time?

Will be safe. They also don't have to be the same manufacturer. Any 5770 or 5750 will CrossfireX with it. Just be sure they have the same size framebuffer so the extra doesn't go to waste.

Awesome, thanks for the reply I have to say that this has been probably the best site find for me as I embark on building my own computer for the first time.
