Just have a look inside. If the hard drive has a wide cable attached to it, it's an IDE drive.

Looks like its SATA to me
It has a few narrow colored wires.
I think I have an IDE drive on top though.
The one on top has cables that look like this:

Crap I took a closer look and its IDE
I don't know if I want to buy a SATA drive
Anyone recommend me a good one?

I already ordered my hard drive, its sitting right next to me actually with a bunch of other new parts.
And wtf it turns out I actually did order that LOL
