Default Retention Kit Sold Separately, Thermalright Ultra-120

So I have a 939 socket CPU and looking for a great heatsink. And I ran across the Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme CPU Cooler

and I was doing some research and I found this

AMD:

* Socket AM2
* Socket 940 (Retention Kit Sold Separately)
* Socket 939 (Retention Kit Sold Separately)
* Socket 753 (Retention Kit Sold Separately)

So I would just need to buy this http://www.thermalright.com/a_page/m...t-Thru-Kit.htm and im good to go?

also while we are on the subject of this heatsink... Will my motherboard be compatable with it?

I have the DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-DR Expert and I dont see it on the compatabilty sheet http://www.thermalright.com/where_default.htm

Thanks again

Hi, have done a bit of research and found that you do need the 939 bracket.

All of the kit and extras can be found here:

I think the cooler is universal as well so I wouldn't of thought that it would be a problem.
