Default Resycle Bin not working

everytime i delete sumthin in the resycle bin, its not there. I go to the resycle been and nothing is there. i try to delte the things inside, which the icon says its full, but it wont work. can anyone help me?

lol. instead of using the recycling bin select what u want to delete then hold ctrl and hit delete...

no becasue that just skips the bin, right click and empty your bin then try and delete something.

Also check how much your bin can hold because that may be removing files from the bin when it gets too full.

TO check right click your bin then click properties and custom how much you want your bin to hold.

There are settings to stop using the Recycle Bin all together; that may be selected somehow.
