Default Restricting which software can run on PC.

IS there a way I can restrict files that I don't want my kids to use. My sone plays Halo too much. I tried removing the .exe file but he simply re installs from CD. Plus I want him to use it sometimes.

1) Firewall

2) Program like ProcessGuard

2) Create limited account for your kids.
