Default resetting computer?

I have windows XP professional and it has been acting a little wierd. is ther any way to reset my computer to like it was as a fresh install without have to format and reinstall?

Yes, you can do a System Restore take to any point in time as long as there is a restore point. Start-all programs-accessories- system tools- system restore

Virus scan / Spy-ware scan would help also
