Default Reset Button?

Some cases and Computers have reset or restart buttons now if i wanna restart my computer if i use the reset button will it be the same as as Start>Shut Down>Restart?????????

not really, start > shut down > restart will save your settings but the restart button on your computer will restart without, like an emergency reset

also if your current case doesnt have a reset button and the new case you dont have the manual for your old case you could run into some problem.s i did,, took me forever to find out how to hook up the reset button and the usb drives (first comp i put in a new case), since i didnt have a manual. if you've done it before it may be easier, not sure.

i ended up doing that. i thought i could do it, attempted and failed for almost an hour, dl'ed manual off net, then it only took me 10 mins :-/. im not very smart. Make sure you have a manual before you start trying to connect the restart button

No one ever uses manuals anymore for some reason
