Software beta testers required

In the last 3 weeks I program an image viewer called MIV (Codename),
I program it on Visual Basic .Net (I'm going to convert it to Visual FoxPro because Visual Basic doesn't have many image viewing features)

is this thing only an image viewer? or does it do video too... and can it convert picture formats, I.E. bmp to jpg etc...

Visual Basic at Nokomis Hi wont export. This has made some of the kids not so happy about Visual Basic so they are getting a new programing program.
