Hello first time poster here :flowers:
At school today I picked up two Dell X30 pocket pc's which were being thrown out as they are too outdated.

On the first one the socket where you plug the charger in is fine however there is an irritating screen line that I could do without.
On the second one the charging socket has a load of bent pins and I cannot charge it however I will test the screen with the charged battery from the first one.
So my question is: How easy would it be to switch the screens provided that the second one is in better condition.

Any help appreciated

What you want to do can be done but only with extreme care and even then there are no guarantees that it will work afterwards. I personally wouldn't do it as I once looked at a video online that showed how to replace the internal battery in one of these and it is extremely hard to work on. Everything is so small and so close together making it very difficult.
