Replacement Power Supply

My old one just won't cut it, it's only a pathetic 250W. I have a standard ATX Case (Dell Dimension 4600i) and I need a new PSU. I've begun to understand it more and am looking at the connectors and I use a floppy drive, 2 SATA HDD's, and all the other standard stuff, I'm going to be using an AGP 8x graphics card so is there a specific cord for that? Never really replaced a power supply before (as embarrassed I am to say) 400W should do it, I've been looking at something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817104953

Or I could get a 480W PSU built for the Dell Dimension 4600i for only $29.00 here: http://www.911forpcs.com/4600.html but it only has 1 SATA Connector and I don't know if it'd work.

I need some ideas! I plan to upgrade my vid card, monitor and PSU tomorrow, I think I got down the vid card/monitor (22 inch Acer monitor w/ 800:1 contrast ratio, 5 ms response time, HDCP Compatible, and an ATI Radeon x1650 Pro for about $100 with $30 mail in rebate, not much of a gamer, which is why I don't upgrade to PCI-E, but, I do game a little and I like home theatreish sort of stuff).

Here's the GPU I plan on getting: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161032

If all works well, I just hope the GPU doesn't hit the sound card, I can bet the fan itself will take the PCI slot next to it, which is fine, but next to that is a nice sound card I don't want in the way, perhaps I can switch the spots of the modem and the sound card, modem isn't so valuable.

You can't get much better quality than with the FSP. They are great, reliable power supplies. Nice choice. :D

All my experience regarding PSUs is Enermax and Thermaltake. I would recommend either of those personally.
