Removing the 'OS List' on startup?!?

Hi, the other day i put in another harddrive in my machine to put the another OS on it. The hard drive is no longer in this machine but it still asks which OS i wish to boot at startup. Can somebody tell me how i remove this list because i only have 1 OS i wish it to boot now and its kinda annoying...

I found this in boot.ini.....

That is it. Remove that horrible thingy.. I did, and now I am happy! Although, I need to put it back in for Linux on my PC once I get it running.
