Default remote support

i would like to offer remote support for my customers. how would i go about in doing this?

isn't that what remote desktop does...
thats what microsoft uses to help their customers

logmein is great ^
in fact many programs will work. you just need to setup port forwarding and stuff then connect to their ip, but logmein is so much easier
edit: guy above me has 6 lines in their sig, best sort it

provided it was setup on the customers pc's then yes it would. logmein is free though

you will also have to make sure your customers are happy with it.
we are all different i just think its easier than messing about in the router setup
