Remote control programs.

Right, I always have a fiddle with pc's on my network, and it pecks having to run up and down 25 stairs! So can anyone suggest, some fast LAN remote control programs. I can get paid for ones, and we all know how, but free ones are best. I'd use VNC, but it shows up on my spyware scanners, so doesnt this mean it is spyware?

If your using XP then use the built in remote desktop.

Yes I would, but I have no idea how to set it up!! Do you know how...?
