Default remote

okay so i have this remote.. technically it goes to my moms vaio, but she doesnt use it, and its specifiacally for MCE, and i have XP home , but i want to use it for mine, (tv tuner, dvds, music etc.) so is there any way that i can port it or have a hacked driver so i can use it on XP?

no u need a receiver in the computer....

ooh ok good go into device manager and see if you can find the driver and back it up and then just put it in the system32 folder in your computer which is in the windows directory

im on xp home, my moms computer is MCE, and do i put it in windows\system32\drivers?
