Default IE Remembering passwords?

Usually when I hit a site for the first time it asks me if I would like IE to remember my password and I click yes and from then on out I just start to type in my username and everything automatically gets filled in and I'm on.
Well one site I forgot to click "yes" and now I have to fill the info in everytime. I'd like to be able to have it do it automatically. I have cleared cookies hoping it would ask me again to remember my info but it doesn't.

Does anyone know how I can make websites remember my password manually?

Thanks for your help
Bob

It is checked.

Every time I hit a new site it will prompt me to save my info but I have an old site I hit regularly that I forgot or didn't click save password and I have to punch the info in every time now.

Thanks for the replies
Bob
