Looks normal to me. I'm running a P2P at 1.2 Mbps also and I've got Comcast cable.

yeah, that speed seems alright. You'll find it'll drop slowly as the download goes on though, as it finds the right speed, since that is only an approximate figure since its always changing.

Not sure ... but i can easily go over 12 mbps which is what my computer says my speed should be ... anyways, maybe its because there is no bandwidth being used up on the servers, therefore, you get a clear passage for the download all for yourself
