reformating a memory card help please

hey i want to format my memory card and its a san disk 1.0 gb memory card./ i used it as a camera stuff. i try to format it and it keeps saying this

and there is no program using it or running it so please help thnks

Is it USB or in a Card Reader? If it's USB- there is something using it.
If it's in a Card Reader- something is using it. Try formatting it inside Disk Management.
