Recyle Bin Properties

I was wondering if there was a registry key or batch command to change the max size of your recycle bin.

Right click the Recycle Bin icon on the Desktop of your computer then go to Properties. Adjust the slider bar in the center of the screen from 10% to maximum size as you want. Click OK to save and exit. Be sure to reboot to let Windows fully initiate the necessary changes to your system.

oh, I know that one. I'm actually running vista, so no slider. What I want to is create a batch file that will "optimize" a computer to the specs that I've been given. Then the person with this file can simply run it and finish his job in a fraction of the time it would have normally taken him.

I've got most of it done, I just can't figure out how to change the recycle bin using cmd prompt. If it stored this info in the reg somewhere it'd be easy to do, but I can't seem to find it.

I would also like to avoid C++, or any other programming language, if possible.
