Ok so last night I decided I wanted to clean my laptop so I decided to just reset everything back to factory settings. So I did this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h1vDZrWmHg0 but when it got done and started to restart the computer will look like it turning on and then will go to a command prompt screen and it says loading startup or something like that and then it will go blank and begin to restart the process again. So if anyone could help me out and tell me what to do it would be greatly appreciated.

Are you able to run your restore cd on a formatted hard drive?
If it will work, reformat your hard drive then try it again.
Remember MS thinks we are trying to steal their software.
MS is a big and free help though.

It won't let me do anything at all. I don't even have a recovery disk anyways its built into the computer if I understand correctly but that doesnt really matter anyways because it wont let me do anything
