OK, you guys know how to undelete a program or something, but is there ANY program that makes a surface scan to see what programs are still hiding in it so I could restore them?

I am not sure what you mean, but programs like file recovery will bring up any files which are deleted but not yet written over. Any program which have been uninstalled will also 'usually' be deleted from the registry as well, so to restore them you would need to have all the appropriate keys in place as well.

If you have a program which you wish to reinstall you could try returning to the system restore where you uninstalled the program, the problem with that it is it will backroll all the other changes you have made to your system as well.

I dont know about getting programs back, because when you uninstall them, it deletes the registry entries.

You could try this

How long has the PC been on, and how much have you used it since then? Is it your main computer, or one of your other 4 lol...
