thanks you guys! i tried thoose Free Programs and they work great! its such great thing to have, i cant remember the last time i acctuly rememberd an important bind or confiuration, now i dont have to!

If Iam not too late a can suggest several tools for desktop recording.
the first one which I like most is screen vidshot. there are 3 different modes of recording (very useful)
after, there is 1 more, freeware, its called vidshot capturer (same web)
and the last one whick i am practising now is presentavid. Its will be very useful for those who are making a video tutorial or something like that. there is an oppotrunity to add watermarks on a video, something like what they using in comics +) or just a simple logos or whatever, so try it, everything is a free to try
