Default Recording Your Desktop

I was wondering if there was a program that would upload a live, streaming video of my desktop onto an http or ftp server. I have this:

http://www.cheatfreakgames.com/livedesktop.htm

It takes a picture every 30 seconds, but I want a live video.

Any ideas?

Umm fraps will record your desktop, you just have to download plugins.

Just a question - why do you want to record your desktop?
