Fraps is the best one as far as I know.. but if that doesn't work good, try Gamecam..

http://www.planetgamecam.com/

I've never used it.. but try it.

well fraps uses ALOT of resources, like when I tried it my FPS dropped by like 40.
I heard that gamecam is a very good program for recording, and u might also check if the game has some sort of recording feature already in it.

Fraps is the only program that I know of which can record your gaming. It worked fine on my system, although I never use it anymore.
