ddr 400 (pc3200) preferable 4 slots but 2 will do

24-pin main power

preferably onboad video but not required

onboard sound

and also chipset....i don't want an intel chipset, i am looking at ATI's "ATI Radeon XPRESS 200" chipset

under 106 dollars

i am looking at this motherboard and what do u guys think? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131565

lol jeez that seems to match ur description perfectly. i looked for some other motherboards, and this is what i got. i would go with the asus because some of these intel mobos dont look that great, plus the asus is like 5 bucks cheaper than the intel!

Stay away from ECS boards. They don't have what you really want.
