Recommended build centered around these two odd parts

About two months ago I planned to build myself a nice gaming desktop by simply waiting and buying cheap parts over a period of time. I never really considered all the compatibility issues (and how frustratingly large these two parts are) that may spring up from this.

At the moment I have a:
-Geforce 9600 GSO (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150340)
-(Crossfire Certified)
-(SLI Ready)

-Etasis ET750 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817608006)
-(4x6-Pin for PCI-E)
-(20+4 Pin)

If possible, I would like to know any recommended parts (or builds) that would fit well with these two pieces.

Thank You Very Much

Interesting find on the PSU. Same as a Silverstone Zeus, apparently, which means it should be a great unit. The graphics card is barely entry-level by modern gaming standards, but for anything else will be more than enough. The good news is that both of them should be compatible with any new build. The PSU is rather large, but the GPU is definitely not the largest out there. Any non-OEM case should have plenty of room for both.

2 questions:

What's your budget?

What are you planning to do with this? (Gaming, web browsing, media editing, etc..)

I will probably just take a case from a friend, and my budget would be somewhere around $400 for all the other parts (moniter, accessories, peripherals not included). I'm planning on making an average gaming desktop, nothing like Crysis, just TF2, Trine, WoW, and other not so demanding games.

Thanks for Responding

NP man. Just so you know, that graphics card can handle Crysis...just not on really high settings or resolutions.

To clarify, does the $400 include Windows?

Well so far this is looking pretty good. With $400 you can get:

CPU- AMD Athlon II 635- $120

Mobo- Gigabyte GA-785GMT-USB3- $75

RAM- 2x2GB Corsair XMS3 cas7 (DDR3 1600)- $120

HDD- Samsung Spinpoint F3 500GB- $55

DVD/RW- Asus DRW-24B1ST- $27

I apologize for bothering again, but when the motherboard has an onboard video chipset (ATI Radeon HD 4200), does that mean I'm not going to use my video card, or do they both somehow work tog

Edit: Never mind, should have looked up first before asking.

Sorry but when I looked at the things you've listed to buy, I had two questions come up.

1.Will my DDR2 video card work with the DDR3 Mobo and Ram?
2.The Mobo does not state that it's compatible with 1600 Ram, will any problems arise from this?
