Default Recommendations for my rig?

Hey y'all, recently came into a budget of 400-500 ($600-$750) to spend on a new graphics card, and would be really grateful for recommendations or personal favourites that you can share and insight on. And also ones that work with my rig. Whilst I'm well aware that most graphics cards are ubiquitous with most specs, I always like to make doubly sure since I do not claim to know anything technical about computers and mainly just know the components that make it up.

Here are my specs:

OS: Windows 7
Processor: Intel(R) Core i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10GHz (4 CPUs) ~ 3.1GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 760

Whats the wattage and rating (80+ Bronze, Silver, Gold?) of your PSU?

GTX 980ti. Best graphics card on the market (well perhaps Titan X but that's a lot more expensive and doesnt perform that much better). Your PSU will run that card no problem at all.

Basically exactly what I was going to say, just wanted to make sure you had a decent PSU before I recommended it :P
