reccomended ram for dvd burning

i have a pioneer 108 and am using it to back up ps2 games. i only have 128 mb of ram and thats too slow. what woould be the best ram for what i'm doing?

also my computers max is 512 mb.

umm ps2 games what CHIP has your ps2 got on it, may i ask, o and i would recommend a 256, for just backing up.

I got a fliptop from www.ps2fliptop.com with swap magic. so would you recommend 256mb total or adding another 256 to my 128. Also i'm on a pretty tight budget right now (i'm only 14) so if having 512mb isn't that much better then 256 i'll get 256. thanks for help so far.

I got some blank maxell dvd+r's for christmas, there made in japan not china or taiwan, so are they good enough to work on my v10 or do i need ritek or verbatim?

i have done it b4 but i sold my chipped ps2 2 ZERO COOL on this forums i have a standerd one now
getting it chipped soon
