Rebuilding my computer

I am looking to rebuild my computer. This is what I have looked at so far. Please tell me if these would work together.

Would I be able to keep my Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb Video card? What about my Sound Blaster Audigy LS sound card? Any help would be appreciated.
 
Should all work together, but what slot types are the cards you want to keep?

If either is PCI-E X16 or PCI, then they will work.
 
The sound card should work if you can find Vista drivers for it.

The graphics card won't work because its AGP. The motherboard you selected only has PCI-E x16 for graphics cards.
 
My spending limit is relatively cheap. I don't want the absolute cheapest but not that expensive. Im not going to be playing many games on it. Suggestions on what I can buy would ge awesome.
 
I know that $75 is not very much for a video card at all but Im on a pretty tight budget. What is one of the cheapest video cards that I can buy that isn't a huge piece of crap.
