Where is the virus located?

If it is in your system restore points then disable then re enable your System Restore

WARNING:
This will delete all restore points

Alternately you could try these: (They're free online virus scanners)

TrendMicro Housecall

BitDefender

BitDefender has been known to remove trojans from restore points.
