Can you plug your ReadyBoost-enabled flash drive into different ports, or can it only be accessed using the same port from which it was installed?

I guess the only way to find out is to try it

Id hope u cud use any port to be honest, i know i had trouble with mine, it really slowed down the pc and my cpu usage went to 100%, this was a while back not tried it since, so no idea if vista has fixed it, also u dont need it really i u have 2gb or more.

Yes, you can plug it into different ports. I've done it and never had any issues.
