i am willing to install Windows XP on a:

Celeron 433MHZ
160MB RAM
6GB HDD

It will be used for work.

One thing is:

The computer is connected to the school board which uses it's own proxy and uses Novell Client. Do I have to install these things again for the internet?

That thing is going be slow slow slow.For xp to run smoothly, you need 512 RAM.
