Default Reading Computer's Memory

Hello, everyone:

I remember that I have used a program which allows me to read all the allocated memory on the computer on which it runs (I was using Windows XP). That program retrieves all the data of all the allocated memory (by any other programs) in raw form. Unfortunately, I don't remember what that program is called nor where I can find it. If anyone knows where I can find this program, please tell me. Thanks in advance. Have a nice one!
