T techserv Baseband Member Messages 40 Aug 15, 2004 #2 I have seen this with printers before but not a soundcard. First, are you sure you have the right driver? Second, check the Device Manager and make sure that you don't have 2 sound cards showing up in there. If you do, delete one of them.
