razer barracuda headphones help

i just puchased a pair of the razer headphones and im having trouble installing them i only have onboard sound in my pc there is a blue a green and a pink slot and on the headphones there is a pink a yellow a green and a black an also a usb i tried plugging them in but the sound is bad all distorted could somone help please

It's the green slot. Did you make sure it was definetly plugged in properly.

Sorry to tell u, but razer headphones suck! U should of gotten the HD555's from senhaiser.

yeh the green one is plugged in and also the mic dont work another thing is the pc ment to pick the headphones up when u plug the usb in because mine dosnt pick them up or it dose not show in device mgr

Have you installed the sound drivers?
