Random Shutdowns, Overheating?

Last two days my computer has randomly shutdown 3 times. No BSOD, just boom, power gone. It's been pretty hot, my room is at least in the high 70s. I just checked my processor temp and it was at 62*C. Don't the Core 2 Duos usually run around 45? I have a 120mm fan in front, 80mm on the back, and an 80mm on the side. Along with a decent after market CPU heatsink+fan. That seemed pretty hot so the thermal paste must be working right...
Not sure what else to do, my case isn't that great, maybe it's time for a new one...

Get a temperature monitoring program like Everest and check your chipset temperatures. If those are OK (and assuming your GPU is properly cooled), I might look into testing to see if your power supply is on the fail

It's been a bit cooler lately and I haven't had any problems now. Everest said my CPU was at 60 C, but now it's back down to the 50s.
